近くの宿に宿泊し、夕食は薩摩の郷土料理店で食べようと、いつの間にかチェックしていたこちらのお店を訪問
店内はほぼ満席で、カウンターの大将の目の前の席になんとか滑りこめました
★キビナゴの刺身
★地鶏の刺身
★さつま揚げ
鹿児島と言えばこの3点セットだろうと思う、さつま料理セットを注文
さつま揚げは揚げたてふわふわでビールが進みます
鶏刺やキビナゴはもちろん美味しい
しかし、隣の方が食べてたイワシのお刺身や、他のお魚の刺身もとても美味しそうでした
また、地鶏をニンニクと炒めた料理や、アサリを炒めた料理もとてもいい香りで美味しそうでした
締めに注文したのはイワシのつみれ汁
これ、作り置きではなく、注文が入るたびに大将が作ってくれます
薩摩川内市の出身だという大将のつみれ汁、優しい白味噌のつみれ汁がこれまた絶品でとても美味しかった
また行きたいです
