鹿児島には脈々と「はしご酒文化」が息づいている。
そーゆー繁華街には必ずや良い飲み〆所があり、
良い飲み〆の料理がある。
そもそも〆など食べずに水分だけしっかりとって
帰って寝れば良いものを。
本能の赴くまま欲望を抑えられず、
〆を求めて彷徨い歩くケモノ、それがこぐま。
これまで日本各地の様々な飲み屋街で、
うどんだ、おにぎりだ、餃子だ、茶碗蒸しだと、
様々な飲み〆と対峙してきた。
ここ天文館でのワタクシの欲望のお相手は、
「貝汁ちゃん」なのであります。
（あれ？この書き方はヤバいか？）
注文したのは
◆貝汁定食
◆とろろ定食
はい、もうね、説明不用っ！
大正解にして大正義っ！タウリン最高！
酒で荒れた胃袋にじゅわぁ〜っと沁みる貝汁。
またこの味噌がちょっと甘めで優しいのよ。
後から調べたら、鹿児島じゃなく福岡は柳川の
白味噌を使ってるそうで。
浅利の旨みをぐわ〜っと伸ばすような、
良い感じのアシストしてる。
貝汁単品でも頼めるし、わっぱ飯とのセットもok。
と言うか、ココの名物は貝汁とわっぱ飯だから、
むしろそのセットで食べている人のほうが多い。
でも定食にして良かったと思ったのは、
白飯のお茶碗の横に添えられた豚味噌。
鹿児島のご飯のお供と言えば、コレでしょ。
「汁と飯」だけでも十分なのに、豚味噌が加わると
ご飯を食べる量もスピードも変わるの。
重厚感のある甘じょっぱさがエライっ！
いや〜ん、深夜なのにご飯がばがばいっちゃう〜♡
ツレの頼んだとろろ定食も、〆には申し分無し。
罪悪感無くツルツルと食が進む。
…けど、よく考えてみりゃ、
炭水化物に炭水化物の組み合わせだわね（笑）
その他定番のお茶漬けやおにぎりも、勿論あって。
まさに〆の為のお店。
天文館ではしご酒なら覚えておいて損はない
