■貝汁わっぱめし山椒
天文館の繁華街のど真ん中。貝汁とわっぱめしの店、山椒に行ってきました。
飲みはもちろん、夜でもご飯を食べられるお店。
■芋焼酎とさつま揚げ、豚味噌
せっかく鹿児島に来てるので芋焼酎を。西表市の種子島酒造、夢づるを水割りで。
さつま揚げ、豚味噌、お通しの冷奴と一緒にいただきます。
■わっぱめし（鶏）定食
盛り合わせわっぱは鮭、山菜、栗。
追加トッピングはめんたい、高菜めんたい、うなぎ。
鶏だけ孤立してる！ということで鶏にしました。
タレか塩を選べるので塩をチョイスしたら塩ダレがかかってます。
お米はもちもち。わっぱで蒸したんですかねー。食べ慣れてない食感で面白い。
わっぱよりも大きい丼にあさりがたっぷり。
これはじっくり胃に染み込んできますねー。
飲んだあとの〆にはぴったり。ラーメンより罪悪感も少なそう。
