通常はチェーン店や回転寿司等は掲載しないが、帰省中にお薦めの店を見つけたのであえてご紹介。
とにかく寿司ネタが珍しい。
こぜん、アオダイ、フエフキダイ、きびなご、トビウオ、ヤガラ等々産地を表示した関東の回転寿司ではまずお目にかかれない地魚の寿司が廻る。
寿司なんて鹿児島で食べても同じ。むしろ関東の方がネタも新鮮で旨い寿司屋はたくさんあると思っていた概念を完全に覆されてしまった。
この店の接客はバカ丁寧なほど。
本当に接客が素晴らしい。カウンターの中にいる寿司職人さん達も丁寧で、感じの良い笑顔。
回転寿司とは思えないクォリティーに感心するが、10皿食べて3000円超のお会計を考えるとまあお値段相応かなと思う。
お会計を気にしなければ、珍しいワクワクするネタが多いのでお薦め。
