鹿児島なので黒毛和牛とか食べたいと思ってたところ
この店を発見。
閑散とした飲食街(ランチはやってないお店が大半のエリア)の中でここだけが行列。
後から調べて知ったけど超有名店でした。
ランチメニューがあったけど
ここはあえて無視してディナーメニューから
5000円くらいのものだったかな
注文しました。
どのメニューも1人サイズのステーキ用鉄板を
直接コンロにかけ
フランベして
ほとんど燃えてるものを間髪入れずに席まで持ってきてくれます。
脂のハネはすごい。
それにしても美味い。
高級ホテルのステーキレベルの肉のクオリティです。
テーブルに用意されてる塩、コショウだけでとても美味しい。
というか肉自体が上質なのでソースかけて味がぼやけてしまうのは勿体無い
と思えるほどの肉です。
鹿児島中央駅のアミュにももう1店舗あり
そちらは行ったことないからクオリティが同一なのかは存じませんが
鹿児島ならイチオシのお店です。
