誕生日だから豪勢にステーキ＆ハンバーグにしました(^^♪

おおっ、ヒレ柔らくて美味しい♪
火入れもちょうどいい！
鉄板ジュウジュウ状態で提供されているので
アッツアツで頂けるのもいい！
まっ、油は跳ねるけどね。
ガーリックが効いていますが、ソース自体は
控えめな感じ。
もうちょいコクがある濃いのが好みなので、、、
とはいえ、上質な肉で普通に美味しい♪
食事セットのごはんも美味い！

アッツアツだけで料理って美味しく感じるから不思議ですね！
柔めな食感です。
ソースは万人受けするデミグラスソースかな。
