旅先で、ここを選択。
少し遅めに入ったので結構な人が来店していた。
一番感動したのはきびなごの刺身。酢味噌が優しい味で、きびなご本来持っている美味しさを隠すことがなく最高のパートナーとなっていた。
酢味噌が苦手な自分でも全く問題ない。逆にそれをなめて酒を飲んだ。
少し残念なのが桜島鶏炭火焼き。塩味が強くて本来の味がわからなかった。
鹿児島って塩味が強いものが多いのか？有名なとんこつラーメンを食べたが、そこのチャーシューや煮卵の塩味がやはり強かったので、
そういう文化なのか？他で食べた炭火焼はそんなことがなかったので残念だった。
いくつか頼んだものは無難に美味しく、しめで頼んだ明太茶漬けの明太が本当に美味しくて、どこで売っているのか聞きたくなったほど。
もし鹿児島に来たら、また来店しようかと思う。
