Not learning my lesson, I went to the second Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). This was my second visit. However, it was about two years ago. There were 15 people there, and when we went to after-party, the restaurant was almost full. Luckily, the previous customers were leaving, so a tatami room in the back became available and we were able to enter this restaurant. This time, we split into a group of people with and without smoky drinks and sat down. Not learning my lesson, we kept our shochu and started drinking again. Since it was the second restaurant, we didn't eat much and just drank and drank ( ̄∇ ̄) I was surprised to try the island scallion with vinegar and miso for the first time! ️ When you eat it, it has the sweetness of vinegar and miso, but it has a sweet taste that is typical of Kagoshima. But as you chew it, the spiciness of the scallion comes, making it a unique menu. It might go well with shochu. The friends who accompanied me said that they visit this restaurant when they come to Kagoshima, and they often order the black pork minced cutlet here because it's delicious. It's freshly fried, so the meat juice is slurping. The grilled ginkgo nuts are also soft and fluffy. It was a snack that I couldn't stop eating. Thank you for the meal.
