鹿児島へ出張。天文館近くのホテルに宿泊し、
一杯を求めて街へ繰り出します。
とは言うものの一人でもあり、またお店の数も
多く調べるのも面倒。
ブラブラして決めようと歩き始めると、
ガラス越しに「ゆぐち」さんの店内の様子が
確認出来て、カウンター席があり、
お一人様のお客さんもいらっしゃいました。
ここなら入りやすいと思い訪問です。
入り口には開店10周年の花が飾ってあります。
カウンター席には8名程度座れるでしょうか。
奥に小上がりがある様です。
生ビール(プレミアム モルツ 中）550円と
「真アジの姿造り付 3種類盛」1,180円を
注文。カツオ、タイ、アジ、カンパチと
実際は4種類ありました。(元々アジ+
3種類だったのかもしれません。）
少しカツオの身が緩かった気もしますが、
全体的には美味しいお刺身でした。
次は何にしようかな。とメニューを見ると
「梅水晶」550円が目に留まります。
マイレビさん同士で一時期流行った事を
思い出し、食べてみようと注文しました。
サメの軟骨、鶏の軟骨、飛び魚の卵を梅で
和えたものですが、梅の酸っぱさと軟骨の
コリコリ感で、お酒が進みます。添えてある
キュウリと一緒に食べると、酸っぱさが
和らぎます。
その後に「黒豚なんこつの角煮」800円を
注文。既に生ビールを２杯飲んでいたので、
途中お店のおすすめ焼酎「黒瀬」 300円を
ロックで注文。芋の香り良く、甘みが
ありながらキレよい、飲みやすい焼酎です。
「黒豚なんこつの角煮」はお肉部分は
トロトロ、軟骨はコリコリ。この食感は
「梅水晶」と被ってしまいました(笑)
少し濃い目の味付けでした。
先に入っていたお客さんがお店のご主人と
同級生。一人の私に気を使ってくれて、2人で
話しかけてくれました。お陰で退屈しないで
楽しく呑むことが出来ました。
お気遣い、ありがとうございます。
最初は２人だけでしたが、次々にお客さんが
入ってきて、満席状態に。
ここで失礼する事にしました。
居酒屋とは違う落ち着いた雰囲気。
鹿児島郷土料理の黒豚やキビナゴもあり、
価格も手頃。私の様な出張者にもいいお店です。
ごちそうさまでした。
