鹿児島に遠征の際に寄りました。
最初はかなり勇気が入りました。
一人での訪問だったので。
6時前、中は1組の観光客だけ。
焼酎と鳥刺し鳥の炭火焼、豚軟骨の角煮？をオーダー。
鳥の炭火焼は15分位かかると言われました。
鳥刺しは甘い独特の醤油でいただきます。
この時も「甘い醤油平気ですか？」と。
カウンターで少々おしゃべりをしながら焼酎のおすすめを聞いてオーダー。
鳥刺しはぷりぷりで美味しい。2種類の味が楽しめました。(腿と胸だったかな？)
炭火焼もぷりぷりで噛めば噛むほど味が出て、焼酎が進みます。
もう一杯頼む時におすすめを聞いたらメニューに無いのを出して頂きました。
これも美味しい！
一人で入るには躊躇しますが良いお店です。
