鹿児島餃子の王将。いわゆる全国チェーンの餃子の王将から独立したのが「鹿児島餃子の王将」なのだとか。暖簾分けと言うことのようだ。実際はどう違うのだろうか。
お盆の合間の平日夜訪問。手を消毒してからカウンターに座る。
伝票を自分で書くシステムのようで、カウンターに伝票と鉛筆が置いてある。
天津飯540円、餃子234円、瓶ビールを注文。
バイカウンター12席ほど、カウンターは一人一人アクリル板で仕切られている。よく見えないが、奥にはテーブル席が二つかな、あるようだ。
カウンターの中が厨房で全員お揃いのTシャツを着ている。背中に「鹿児島餃子の王将」と書いてある。
メニューを見ると、手作り感のある質素さな作りだが、内容は本家に近い。ジャストサイズと言う、一口サイズメニューがあるのも同じだ。ちょっと店員さんが元気がない感じがする。
ビールが出てきたが、店員さんは無言でしかもラベルが裏返し。
客はそこそこ入り、人気店のようだ。
天津飯と餃子が同時に提供。
天津飯は餡がちょっと酸っぱく、そこが美味しい。人気メニューのようで頼む人は多い。餃子はまぁ普通かな。
店の看板や皿のロゴには「鹿児島餃子の王将」と書いてある。書いてなければ違いがわからないほどだが、そこが人気の理由なのかもしれない。
