鳥料理がメインで、オムレツとライス(もち米？)とガーリックトーストと野菜
野菜は焼き野菜と、サラダがかなりの量のってます。
プレートの半分以上は野菜です。
野菜好きの方には、オススメですね。
普段足りてない野菜を補えるかも。
