It's a small restaurant, but please enjoy delicious horumon cooked on a charcoal grill! Feel free to come alone♪
When it comes to horumon, the unique smell can be a problem, but at our restaurant, in addition to being fresh, we take great care to remove the smell during preparation, so whether you've never liked |
I went there on a trip to Kagoshima. I made a reservation by phone at 5pm on the day and headed to the restaurant at 6:30pm. It was close to the hotel where I was staying, so I walked there, but I was surprised to see so many Yakiniku (Grilled meat) around. The restaurant has counter and tatami seating. There were only two of us that day, so we went to the counter seats. The tatami seating seemed to have been reserved, so it was set for us. When I told them I had seen it on Tabelog they offered me a free first drink, so I ordered a draft beer. For food, I ordered a pair set for 2,300 yen. We toasted with beer and ate the edamame that came with the dish. Soon, the charcoal grill was brought out. There was a hole for the charcoal grill even on the counter, so it wasn't expensive and difficult to eat, which was a relief. I ate it with their homemade salt and dipping sauce. Both had garlic in them, which was effective. First, the horumon, which had a plump texture and sweet fat, and was delicious. It went down well with the beer. Next was the top-grade kalbi, and the tsurami was covered in curry. The skirt steak was soft and delicious. I don't eat much rice, but it was included in the set. The rice was cooked to perfection. The meat was delicious, so it went down well with the rice. There were two types of highballs: Torys and Kaku. Torys was a little cheap. It was a shame that the carbonation was not strong enough. Grilled vegetables, chicken breast, pork belly, and tongue, all eaten with salt. The kimchi was also delicious, probably homemade. It was nice that it contained dried squid. I was full, and it cost about 3,500 yen per person. It would have been better if they had started with something to eat with salt. Overall, the meat was delicious. I would like to go again if I were in the area.
