自分は、上ロースかつ定食 1890円
お肉230グラム
妻は、ヒレかつ定食 1290円
開店時間より少し過ぎたぐらいに着くも既に満席。さすがは人気店。店外で待つこと10数分経って、ようやく席に着けた。
普通のロースと上ロースの違いはお肉の量の差だけみたい。
上ロースかつは230グラムあるだけあって、想像以上にボリーミー。フワフワな衣に包まれたお肉は驚くほど柔らかく、少し箸で押すだけで簡単に切れる柔らかさ。
予想していたレベルを遥かに凌駕する美味しさ。個人的な感想だが、今まで食べた豚かつでトップレベルの美味しさかも。
夜の部は黒豚料理を扱った居酒屋になるみたいなので、いつか夜も来てみたい。
福岡から旅行を兼ねて食べに来たが、博多駅にもお店があるのは知らなかったです。
