同僚と二人で行きました。
店内は落ち着いていて、お洒落感もあってなかなかいい感じです。
前菜として炭火で焼くお料理が出てくるのはなかなか気が利いてますね。私が行った時は「ガランツ」。
イワシの丸干しなんですが、ガランツというととっても特別感があるのはなぜででしょうか(笑)
炭火焼きの効果もあって美味しすぎていきなりお酒が進みます(笑)
しゃぶしゃぶのコースも魅力でしたが、気まぐれに単品を頼むことにしました。
新規で単品連打ってお店の方は大変だってわかってましたが、そこはすみません(笑)
お刺し身が新鮮でおいしかったのは言うまでもなく、今回のヒットの一つが湯葉で巻いたサラダでした。
「地鶏のタタキサラダの湯葉巻き」でしたが、見た目もおしゃれだし、ドレッシングがほどよい酸味で美味しく、ぱくぱく食べてしまいました。
地鶏の他に黒豚とかのバージョンもあるようです。
豚トロを焼いた料理（料理名を忘れました）は、豚肉そのもののおいしさが引き立っていてこれも絶品。
ただスペアリブは脂身が多すぎて、脂身の苦手な私には可食部がほとんどなかったです(^^;)
酒盗ピザなどの創作料理もあり、若い人から年配まで楽しめるかと思います。
リピーターになるかといえば、料理の種類がポイントですね。もっと増えるとうれしいかも。
焼酎の種類もたくさんあったし、店員さんの対応もよかったです。
駅から近いので、出張の際にちょっと立ち寄るのも悪くないですね。
カウンターもあるので一人でもＯＫのようですよ。

このあと、何度も訪れています。
サービスもよく、お座敷は席ごとに軽く仕切られているので落ち着くし、圧迫感もありません。
写真のとんこつはとろとろに柔らかく、シメに頂いたちゃんぽんも美味しかったです（本場のちゃんぽんより麺が細めでしたが）。
毎回注文するのが↑にも書いた「地鶏のタタキサラダの湯葉巻き」。
本当においしいです。
お気に入りのお店の一つになりました。また行きます。
