Japanese Cuisine located in front of Kagoshima Chuo West Exit Station. It is said to be written as ``wa-amijin'' and read as ``wakana.'' This shop, Tenmonkan, and Chuo Station East Exit are also available. This shop is convenient for tourists as you can make reservations online. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in front of the station? That's what I thought when I made the reservation, and it turned out to be a very clean and beautiful Japanese-style meal restaurant. Counter seats like those at a high-end Sushi restaurant are good, but we were taken to a private room. Group guests who have made a reservation will be guided to a private room. There is a 2 hour time limit, but the private rooms are very comfortable. You should definitely order sashimi from this restaurant. I don't often order sashimi when eating out because I'm not sure if it can be considered a dish, but the sashimi at this restaurant is really fresh. The prices are also much cheaper than in the city. The sashimi of mackerel with a broken neck is especially recommended. They are listed below in order of most impressive. Broken-necked mackerel sashimi 1,320 yen This mackerel is kept fresh by breaking its neck immediately after catching and making it alive. There is no smell of blue fish and it is completely fresh. It's delicious and leaves a lasting impression. Set of 3 types of Satsuma Oden for 913 yen A 3-piece set of six black and white pork flavor, beef tendon, and local egg. The taste is delicious without being too strong. Both pork and beef were delicious. Grilled Japanese Surume Squid on a ceramic plate for 1,155 yen Contains meat and butter for an impressive taste. If you order white rice with it and eat it with the cotton sauce, it will be so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating it. Deep-fried Himama Shrimp 638 yen Perfect for a snack. It's quite high quality for a 1430 yen sashimi platter. This restaurant has really good sashimi. Grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef nigiri 990 yen Kuroge Wagyu beef is delicious, isn't it? I'm happy to be able to eat at this price. Grilled bonito belly 770 yen This was my first time eating bonito belly skin. It's a great snack to go with alcohol.Satsuma-age is definitely something you want to eat when you come to Kagoshima. (This may have been the most common one.) There is a table charge of 330 yen per person (you'll be served a stick), but the food, atmosphere, and service are good, so I have no complaints at all. Most of the staff at the store are young, but they are well-trained and wonderful. There is also a wide variety of drinks. It is recommended shop.
