鹿児島天文感のカレー百名店、スリランカかごしまでランチしてきました。
商店街の中にあるお店です。お店の方は皆さんスリランカの方でした。
■ドライカレー
ランチを注文すると、とりあえずサラダ。
インド・ネパール料理の謎ドレッシングではなく、普通のドレッシングですね。
中央に丸く盛られたドライカレー、そして周囲にチキンカレー。
これが本場のドライカレーなのか・・・と思いながらまずはご飯の部分をパクリ。
初回なので辛さは普通。美味しく食べられる辛さです。
周囲のチキンカレーと一緒に食べてもまた美味しい。
二種類のカレーを同時に味わえるのは嬉しいですね。
レモンを絞って味変も良いです。チキンも柔らかい。
食後にはヨーグルトっぽいアイスクリーム。
ブルーベリーのソースがかかっています。
