オプシアミスミの２階にあるインド料理店MILAN（ミラン）は、本格的なカレー料理をいただけるお店ですが、味は日本風にアレンジされているそうです。
今回は、その中でもオプシアミスミ店限定メニューのカレーを紹介したいと思います。
我が家でこのお店を利用する時に、いつも私が注文するのが、「安納芋カレーセット」
種子島の安納芋をベースにしたスペアリブカレーと紫芋を生地に練り込んだナン、ライス、サラダ、ドリンク（ラッシーORウーロン茶）がセットになって税込1,000円
その他のメニューでは、
シェフおすすめセットが1,430円（チキンカレー、ほうれん草カレー、マトンカレーの中からカレーを選んで、タンドリーチキン、サダナン、イエローライス、サラダのセット）
レギュラーセットが1,390円など
やっぱり、本格的なカレー料理は結構、値段が張りますが、その中にあって、「安納芋カレーセット」は1,000円ととってもリーズナブル
MILANのカレーは辛さが１０段階から選べますが、安納芋カレーはお芋で甘くなるので、ちょっと辛めを選択する方がいいかもしれません。
紫芋ナンは、生地に紫芋が練り込まれているだけあって、こちらもほんのりとした甘さ
甘くてもカレーとの相性はばっちりだと思うんですが、辛いのがお好みの方には、１０段階の辛さからお好みの辛さを選んだ上で、さらにスパイスが入れられるようにテーブルに準備されています。
インド人のシェフがナンを焼く様子がガラス越しに見られますよ。
オプシアミスミへ行かれた際には、一度試してみてください。
