Onion salad, the restaurant's specialty. The owner of this restaurant is very particular about her olive oil, so we simply had the salad with olive oil and salt. The aroma of the olive oil was very nice. shabu shabu was the course we ordered, "eringi wrapped with beef" with matsutake mushroom, "prosciutto Prosciutto" and "akame taro wrapped with black pork". shabu shabu was the first course. All of them were delicious, but I wanted to try just shabu shabu, but the rule seems to be that each person has to order one course.
