A shabu shabu specialty store that serves Kagoshima's black pork, black beef, Cow tongue, and local chicken in courses.
Opened in August 2008 along Tenmonkan Perth Street in Kagoshima City, this is a shabu shabu specialty store that uses Kagoshima brand ingredients (Kagoshima black pork, Satsuma black chicken, Kagoshim
...a Kuroge Wagyu beef, Cow tongue). We have four types of soup: konbu + bonito + mackerel Japanese soup, tomato base, sukishab, and limited time soup stock, and we also have partitioned pots. The owner, who is also a vegetable sommelier, is particular about the vegetables in the pot, and offers a new style of shabu shabu course where you can enjoy the meat wrapped in plenty of vegetables.
