（株）シェリロゼ社長、人材教育家、マナー美人塾塾長の井垣利英です。
２０２４年１月から【社員研修】の仕事で、定期的に鹿児島へ行く機会が出来ました。前日入りしているため、社長はじめ経営陣の方々と、打ち合わせを兼ねて、お食事会があります。
毎回、研修先のお取引先でもある、肉料理のお店へ連れて行って頂いています。今回は、開店と同時に行列が出来ると言う、こちらのお店へ。
開店間もなく行ったため、並ばずに入ることができました。ついてる×∞ 個室で、ゆっくりお話ができます。
鹿児島と言えば『焼酎』ですが、私は『日本酒』しか飲めないため、山形県の純米酒を注文。社長たちと日本酒で、乾杯しました。
鹿児島名物を注文。さつま揚げは、ふんわり＆もっちり。きびなごのフライがあり、揚げたてサクサクでまいう〜♪
名物の『塩しゃぶしゃぶ』は、カレー、唐辛子、ガーリック、ローズマリー、桜島小みかん、バジルの６種類のお塩の中から、好きなお塩をだし汁に溶かす。それで、豚しゃぶを食べるもの。
お塩には、耳かきのようなおさじが付いています。スープ一杯に、お塩をひとさじ入れます。
みかん好きなので、まず『桜島小みかん』を入れました。スープの味と豚肉の味で、みかんの味はほぼしない（笑） 逆に、みかんの味が立ちすぎても、おかしいでしょ。
私が一番美味しいと思ったのは、『唐辛子』です。当然、入れすぎると、唐辛子で辛くなります。他のお塩も、それぞれ味が違って、楽しかったです。
