A few years ago, I overslept and missed breakfast at a hotel I had chosen for breakfast, which was a real shame. This hotel is the breakfast venue for JR Hotel during breakfast time, and I stayed at the hotel for two nights in a row, so this time I didn't oversleep and made no mistake. Recently, I feel like there are a lot of great breakfasts that allow you to enjoy local specialties all at once. They probably don't serve the finest local specialties, but it's convenient and efficient to enjoy the true joy of traveling at your leisure. This was also a good breakfast venue where you could enjoy Local Cuisine such as satsumaage, black pork shabu shabu shabu, and Satsuma-style chicken rice. Satsuma-style chicken rice is a refreshing bowl of white rice topped with shredded chicken breast, thin slices of sweet and spicy stewed shiitake mushrooms, pickled daikon radish, sesame seeds, shredded nori seaweed, and green onions, and finally chicken soup. The overall number of dishes is not that large, so if you stay multiple nights, you may eat the same thing, but I was satisfied with the black pork shabu-shabu and Satsuma chicken rice on both days. Generally, you don't need that many items for breakfast, so it's enough.
