今日から鹿児島で仕事、というわけで先ずは黒豚から...なんですが。鹿児島に着いてから電話したけど残念がら2軒は駄目っぽい。で、ＯＫだった、3軒目のこちらにお邪魔しました。
今回はしゃぶしゃぶ！感じでいたんですが、残念ながら売り切れとのこと、で、注文したのが
黒豚よくばり膳 1830円
です
黒豚のロースカツとヒレカツ、これが3枚ずつ
これを甘めか、辛めか、いずれかのソースで食べる。サラダのドレッシングは玉ねぎ、ゴマ
自分で摺り下ろしたゴマ、これにソースと辛子を入れて...って、結構普通じゃん
でもねぇ、ロースは旨かった。ひと味、ふた味違います
あと、お試しで貰った肉味噌
沖縄にも同じ感じのものがあるけど、そちらよりはあっさりしている。タイミングが合わなくて買ってかえれなかったけどアリでしたねぇ
やはり黒豚を頂くのが鹿児島に来たらのセオリー
