鹿児島中央駅から歩いて3分程度のところにある、ラーメン店です。
予約していた新幹線の出発まで40分ほど余裕があったので、「せっかく鹿児島まで来たなら名物を体験しておこう」とこちらに訪問しました。
券売機で、豚とろラーメンの普通(890円)を注文しました。
ほとんど待たずに着丼しました。
スープは、豚骨臭の割には濃くないと思いました。
通常の麺は、ツルツルとした中太よりも若干太い感じの麺でした。
メニュー表の替え玉のところに「超極細麺」と記載がありましたが、極細は替え玉専用の模様です。細麺の方がこのスープには合うような気がしますが。
チャーシューのとろけ具合には驚きました。
個人的にはフライドオニオンが蛇足に感じましたが、好評のようです。
このタイプのラーメンのスープは、もう身体が受け付けないので飲まずに残しました。
とはいえ、鹿児島名物を体験できたので不満は特にないです。
