鹿児島中央駅（東口）から左方向へ徒歩２分ほどの場所にある鹿児島ラーメンのお店。本店は天文館にあります。天文館にある本店は明るい雰囲気のお店ですが、鹿児島中央駅前店は比較的小さなお店で昔ながらのラーメン屋って感じのお店です。基本の「豚とろラーメン」は950円。サイドメニューとしては「豚とろ餃子」450円があります。お店には豚骨臭は全くありません。
半熟卵入り豚とろラーメン1100円
見た目は濃厚な感じですが、見た目ほどこってりしているわけではなく、比較的万人向きの豚骨ラーメンといって良いと思います。
スープは思ったよりもマイルドですが、一方で豚とろを使ったチャーシューは私にはちょっと塩がきつく感じられます。麺は博多の豚骨ラーメンの麺に比べると若干太めの麺。麺は少なめで、大盛りや替玉が基本なのかもしれません。ニンニクのチップがたっぷり入っています。
飲食店に関しては、鹿児島の物価は全体的には東京よりも安いと感じたのですが、ラーメンの価格に関しては都内と同レベルかなというのが正直な感想です。
