白熊菓琲さんでしろくまを頂きに、桜島へ。
少し桜島を観光して、いよいよ帰路へ。
水族館口から路面電車で鹿児島中央駅へ。
新幹線までの時間で、晩御飯を。
頂いたのは、鹿児島ラーメン豚とろさんで、チャーシュー麺と瓶ビールを(^^)
このお店のチャーシューの部位は、トントロだそうで。
珍しいと思います。
瓶ビールを飲みながら、ラーメンを待ち。
出来上がりは、やや茶色っぽいスープに、やや太めの細麺。
小倉で食べた豚骨ラーメンの麺に似ています。
スープは見た目よりあっさりで、かつ、旨味が濃くて。
美味しいスープですね(^o^)
チャーシューは脂が多めで、柔らかくて。
トントロなので、大きなチャーシューがないのが残念ですが(^_^;)
薬味は胡椒も良かったですが、韓国唐辛子の風味が良くて。
鹿児島ラーメン、堪能できました(*^^*)
