照国通り中町交差点にあるスープカレー屋さん。
入り口は交差点側と商店街側と2箇所あるんですね。
店主は北海道で修行されたそうで、天文館店とあるので県内に数店舗展開されている様子。
地下一階の店内はカウンター6席ほどとテーブルが6箇所くらいかな。
入口のイメージより広いです。
全部のせ？なスペシャルから豚・鷄・シーフード・粗挽きフランクなど数種類のメニューからチョイスするのと合わせて、辛さを市販カレーの中辛レベルの1番から辛辛な30番、更なるスパイス好きに向けた激辛は別料金であります。
お子様向けのカレーやお摘み系もあるので、軽い飲みにも使える様子。
柔らかチキンと野菜1,140円、6番を注文。
注文を受けてからスパイスが馴染むまで時間を頂きます、と記載あるように15分ほどしてから到着。
粒子上のスパイスが浮かぶスープは、クミン・ウコン・エストラゴンなどなど複雑で妖気な香りが漂い鼻腔が刺激されます。
彩り豊かな野菜は南瓜・人参・インゲン・ナス・ブロッコリー、いづれも程よい食感。
メインの鷄はモモ肉かな？スプーンでほぐせるほどホロホロに柔らかくなってます。
ライスは別皿で、レモンが添えられてます。
コメにレモン汁って意外ですけど、これがまたこのスープカレーに合うんです。
北海道ではメジャーなのかな？
ライスの量が少なめに感じましたが、野菜たっぷりな事もあり、程よい満腹感を得られました。
カウンターだとスタッフさんの和気藹々な声が筒抜けなので、もう少しボリューム意識した方が良いですね。
しっかりスパイスの効いた辛口ですが、初スープカレーでしたのでお味の評価は甘めです。
