丸善書店の脇、細い入口から地下に降りた奥にある
スープカレーのお店。
角煮＋野菜のカレーを注文しました。
角煮も野菜もたっぷり入っていて、ボリュームもしっかり。
スープも味わいがありました。
個人的に、ちょっとソースっぽい風味も感じました。
（そもそもソースというものが、野菜や香辛料が原料なので当たり前かもですが）
自分は、外食すると
「もたれる食事」と「もたれない食事」があるな、と感じていて、
けっこう前者であることが多いのですが、
ここのスープカレーは、ボリュームある割には食後ももたれませんでした。
うまくいえないのですが、もたれない食事は、
食材や調理に気を使った体に良い食事であることが多くて、
こちらのお店も、たぶん、食材や調理などが丁寧なのだと思いました。
