早い時間から営業されてるお店を探して天文館付近を散策して発見した【トラットリア メリメロ】さんにお邪魔です。
店内は入ってすぐカウンター席があり左右にテーブル席があります。
雰囲気が凄い良くてレトロな作りがオシャレです！熊本にはなかなか無い雰囲気のお店で楽しいです！
お手洗いがワインの棚の所で隠し扉になってる遊び心がGOOD！

思ったより量があってビックリ！オリーブオイルが掛けてあり、生ハムの塩味と赤ワインがGOODな組み合わせです。
・ポルチーニ薫る牛スジの煮込み
ポルチーニとパルメザンチーズの香りが良いです。
牛スジもトロトロになるまで煮込まれておりバケットと食べると美味しい！
0次会で利用させて頂きましたが、魅力的なメニューが豊富でしたので、是非とも一次会でも利用したいです。
