付近では評価も良かったので、初来店。
つけ麺とか、平打ち麺!?が多く情報ありましたが、スタンダードを好む
私としましては、とんこつチャーシューラーメンを頂きました。
お店は白基調で、喫茶店を彷彿させる店内イメージです。
さて実食です。
器も品が良く、しゃれています。
麺は太麺、スープは鹿児島ラーメンの味わいです。
チャーシューも存在感あり、器を覆いつくしています。
一口目、『んっぬるい。』正確に言うと熱くない。
私の中では、ラーメンは熱くないと致命傷です。
おそらく、覆いつくしたチャーシューがひえていて、スープを一気に
冷ましたと思われます。
チャーシューもひえてましたから。
厨房も目線では見えない状況ですので、どのような調理法か分かりませんが…
やっぱりここはつけ麺に行っとくべきでしたかね。
