After finishing some errands in Kagoshima City, it was around noon, so I went to Nagahama Ramen in Dolphin Port. When you enter the store, the atmosphere is somewhat dark, but there are several groups of customers. The smell of pork bone soup fills the air.It's a restaurant with a feel similar to that of a street food stall.Today I ordered char siu noodles with firm noodles.A young man brings spicy mustard greens and water. Nagahama Ramen arrived without a long wait. Yes, it tastes like a street food stall. I feel nostalgic somehow. The soup was surprisingly light and had a light taste.The noodles were perfectly firm and delicious.The chashu was a small piece of pork belly chashu.When I ordered a replacement, there were more noodles in it than when I first came. I added mustard greens to change the taste and ate it all. I can't eat extra eggs like I did when I was younger. I was full in one sitting. Thank you for the meal.
