鹿児島市電荒田八幡駅から西へ徒歩２、３分くらいのところにあります。
お店の前には行列が…待ちましょう(^_^;)
お店に入るとカウンター席８つ、４人掛けテーブル席２つ、
こあがりの４人掛けテーブル席１つあります。
ここでは、白雲をいただきました。
少し待って、ラーメンが運ばれてきました。
具は、チャーシュー、もやし、玉ねぎ、ネギ、焦がしネギが入っています。
麺は、中太のストレートです。
スープは、豚骨ベースの醤油です。
あっさりとしながらも豚骨のコクと醤油味が後引く味わいです。
麺は、スープにのっかって、するすると入っていきます。
チャーシューの肉味と焦がしネギ、もやしとネギの食感が味をひきたてていますね。
途中にニクニクを加えて、パンチを効かせてもいいかもしれません。
次回は、違う味の雲をいただいてみたいです。
