昼食時は人多め、並び待ち可能性大 |
鹿児島の有名ラーメン店。県内に何店か展開しているようだ。本店は住宅街の裏路地にあり、あまり飲食店に適さない場所。それでも夜に行ったら先客が数人いた。駐車場は店前に2台分あるが、足りない場合は隣のコインパーキングを利用する。店員は動きが良く入店したらすぐに案内してくれた。
メニューは、あっさり、醤油や味噌があるが一番人気という味噌ラーメンを選択。鹿児島で味噌のイメージはなかったがさて。着丼の際にニンニク入れますか？と聞かれて、はい、というと卓上のニンニク搾り機でニンニクを砕いて入れてくれた。これは面白いサービス。
味噌ラーメンはしっかりと味噌の味が楽しめるし、具沢山で食べ応えあるが、どうも旨味量が少ない感じがする。味噌などの調味料にやや頼った味。細麺なのだが、それでも味が薄く感じるのはバランスの問題か。総じて悪くはないのだけれど。やはり地方のラーメンは独自進化を遂げる中で独特の仕上がりになっているケースも多い。面白いのだが、美味しいかどうかというとまた別の話。
