月曜日のお昼は、「いかにも老舗な上海料理な構造か？」と思ってみたり。
ということで、こちら「老上海 香蔵（ラオシャンハイ コウゾウ）」さんに訪問です。
ウチから歩いて約40分歩いて来ました(^^♪
いつもの会社でやっているウォーキングイベント中なんで。
14:00閉店みたいだし。13:30LOかも。
ナビアプリでの到着予定は13:25
念のため、予約を入れました。
入口近くのテーブル席に案内です。
以下をオーダー。
B 黒酢スブタ ランチセット
他には以下メニューがありました。
A 海老チリ
C 干し貝柱と豆腐の旨煮
ランチセットとは別にランチコース（3700円）もあります。
初見なんでランチセットに！
☆黒酢スブタ ランチセット
・鴨肉とバンバンジー
鴨肉はかなり歯応えありで濃厚な旨み。
バンバンジーは甘いタレが美味しい！
・コーンスープ
セットなのにコースのよう（笑）
上品な味わいです。
・黒酢スブタ
うむぅ、黒酢タレが上品すぎてあまり黒酢の味がしない。
豚肉は柔らくて食べやすい。
黒酢がもう少し効いていると、より美味しと思うんだけど。
茄子は黒酢を吸っているのでまぁまぁ効いています。
ご飯は五穀米かな？
ご飯にスブタの黒酢タレをぶっかけて（まぁ、お上品）頂くと、美味しかった♪
・春巻き
アッツアツ！普通に美味しい！
・デザート
杏仁クッキーと杏仁豆腐甘夏ゼリー
杏仁クッキーはちんすこうみたいな食感。
口中の水分を随分持ってかれます（笑）
ナッツがいい味出してて美味しい♪
杏仁豆腐甘夏ゼリー掛けはめっちゃ美味しい♬
甘夏の苦味と杏仁のまろやかな風味が一体となって
います！
・中国茶
ポットのお湯を急須に入れて頂きます。
たっぷり入っていていいね！
最初、グラスしかないのでお湯入れて大丈夫なんと
警戒していましたが、店員さんに聞いて問題ナッシング。
耐熱なんだね。
こちらのお店、かなり人気のようです。
予約が無難そう。
