少し遠くても、パーキングが無くても結構お邪魔しているそばるさん。
初めてUPします。
この日は前日のインスタで「背脂煮干しラーメン」を限定メニューで提供されるとの事で訪問させて頂きました！
ベースのスープの旨さとかえしも強めなのが私好み！
○背脂煮干しラーメン1,000円
見た目には背脂の脂が半分覆う感じの脂感。脂層だけ啜ってみてもちゃんと煮干し感！
麺の断面がスクエアでは無く平打ちの楕円形。
背脂がかなり粗めの形状ですが、歯切れも良くていい感じです！
チャーシューはレア、メンマもやわウマ！
美味しい一杯でした！
