⚫︎ 1996年創業のペンシルバニアにある醸造所「Victory Brewing」が醸すIPA。
⚫︎ ゴールデンアンバーなビールとそのグラスを見れば、それだけでこの店の良さがわかる。
⚫︎ シトラの爽やかなすっきりした飲み口にモルト感が来て、最後は苦味を感じさせる。
⚫︎ フレーバーが特徴的だが、IPAに期待するものは備えているビールだと思う。
⚫︎ なかなか面白い品揃えの店で、鹿児島のビール好きの心を捉えているように思えた。
⚫︎ 次の予約があるので、一杯で失礼したが、ここでビールとハンバーガーというのも良いかもしれない。
⚫︎ ちなみに余裕を持って店を出たが、おはら祭のため、道路を横断できないので、焦りましたよ。アハハハハッ！
