ゴエミヨ連続選出店でした。
無知な私はなんも知らず、知人からの「あそこ美味いよ」で予約。
水を使わない玉ねぎのポタージュ的な。続いて
雲丹や車海老を覆ったカリフラワーソースのヤツが
昔ビンの中にピンセットで船を作っちゃう的な感じで出てきた最初の２品で
「あれ？ここ予想以上にすごいぞ」と。
驚きました。
ワンオペで忙しそうな店主なので、メニュー説明がとても早口。
より詳しく美味しさを伝えるべく
「お願い、もっとゆっくり喋って」と頼みましたが、
録音してると勘違いされ警戒されたので諦めました。
仮に録音してたとして(そんなめんどくさいことしませんが)、なぜそれがイヤなのか詳しく聞くと嫌われそうなのでやめときました。きっとシャイなのです。

ひと晩たてば味覚は残っても情報は脳内メモリから消え去るニワトリ脳なので
「うまかったよ！」の一言で片付けてしまおうと思います。
