バーガー好きなので、各地出張行くと必ず
バーガー屋さんを探します。
今日は鹿児島で数少ないバーガー屋さんに行ってきました。
場所は鹿児島中央駅から10分くらいのところの
ビルの中にあります。
到着したのは開店と同時の11時。
お店の中に入るととても広い空間が広がっていて
テーブルの数も少なくスペースを贅沢に
使われていました。
そして、何故かウエディングドレスが飾られているのが
目を引きます。
写真スタジオの中で食事をするようなそんな雰囲気です。
注文したのは、
ベーコン & エッグバーガー ¥1,200
+ジンジャーエール ¥110
+ポテト ¥100
牛と豚の合挽きのパティは注文してから作るそうで、
時間がかかるとの事です。
実際注文から到着まで30分くらいかかりました。
バーガーはレタス、エッグ、ベーコン、パティの順で
挟まれていてレタスがたっぷりでとても高さがあるバーガーです。
いただきます。
このお店の売りであるパティですが
とてもジューシー、肉汁がドバドバと出てきてました。
味付けはシンプルでよかったです。
雰囲気もよく美味しい良いお店でした。
