前回コロナ前に行った時はイタリア人シェフでしたが、今回は日本人シェフでした。居抜きで引き継がれたのか?、暖簾分けで継承されたのか? はわかりません。
スタッフの一人に聞いたら「前からシェフは変わってない」とのこと。以前のことを知らないスタッフだったのでしょうね。昨年、ピザ窯でボヤ騒ぎがあったので、もしかして、その後変わったのかもなー ??
ランチのコースメニューもなくなっていました。代わりにドリンクバー(プラス100円)ができていました。パスタメニューの種類が少なくなったかな。BGMは何故かサーファーに人気のジャック・ジョンソン。シェフがサーファーなのかな ??
本日のおすすめメニューから、家内は「トリュフ香る3種のキノコのクリームパスタ:1150円」、私は自社農園ほうれん草と生ハムのビスマルクピザ:1500円」シェフの農園サラダ100円も追加しました。他に家内はスパークリング、私は白ワイン。
パスタはトリュフの香りもほんのりして、ソースの味わいもツボにハマっていました。ピザは生地のもちもち感が良かったです。サラダは新鮮でドレッシングはおそらくオリーブオイル、塩、レモンを混ぜただけのシンプルな定番レシピだと思います。
デザートは一つだけプリンにしましたが、メニューにもあるように、懐かしい大人の味わいでした。合わせてエスプレッソも美味しくいただきました。
