気心が知れた友人と久しぶりに外食。今回は鹿児島で。 鹿児島中央駅から徒歩5分くらいの仁と言うお店でした。
アラカルトで食べたいもの注文して、ダラダラと近況を確認しました。お店的には懐石というくらいなので、コースもあります。お店の特徴やおすすめ、心意気を味わうにはコースもいいかと思います。
料理はどれも美味しかったけど、個人的なおすすめは、クリームチーズとお通しで出てきたらっきょう。クリームチーズは酸味と甘味のバランスが最高でした。クラッカーかバゲット有ればいくらでも行けます。
らっきょうは、少し強めの酸味が食欲をそそります。こちらは、焼酎が合いそうです。
その他にも、初鰹のカルパッチョ、竹の子の唐揚げ、海老のフリットとどれもお酒が進む逸品でした。さすが酒豪が多い鹿児島w
