Starting from the appetizer, there are many different kinds of food on one plate, so you can enjoy a variety of things, but personally, I think it would be a little more relaxed if the course dishes could be served on separate plates. I thought you would enjoy it. This time I had it as Sukiyaki, and the meat was excellent and tasted great, but the marbling felt a little heavy for middle-aged stomachs.
