天タネのチョイスが実に面白いです。コース三種のうち前日までに決めなくてよいのは一種でしたのでソレをチョイスし追加アラカルトという構成で、ワインは選んでもらいました。
天婦羅とワインが合う、のではなく、ワインに合う天婦羅を揚げてます。
