Tomahawk Steak and meat Sushi
I visited here for the first time in a while. I ordered a 700g tomahawk Steak at 16.2 yen per gram, 2 meat Sushi aitchbone at 400 yen, 2 thigh meat at 300 yen, 2 tongue at 300 yen, 6 sea urchin toppings at 180 yen, and 640 yen Yebisu beer. The sea urchin topping on this meat Sushi is large and tastier than the sea urchin at a low-quality Sushi. The tomahawk Steak is medium rare, garnished with onions and paprika, and topped with garlic chips. Today was February's Meat Day, and Steak were 29% off.
肉寿司& Tボーンステーキ
最近、オープンした奄美で有名なステーキ店?の2号店です。
看板メニューの「A5和牛の炙り肉寿司の雲丹トッピング」と「Tボーンステーキ 500g」を注文しました。
炙り肉寿司は、価格は、それなりにしますが、肉質も良く、雲丹の質も良かったです。(雲丹と牛肉の組合わせは、最近多いですが、雲丹がイマイチのところも少なくないので)
Tボーンステーキも、500gだと肉が硬くなってしまうところもありますが、柔らかくジューシーでした。
Tボーンステーキや雲丹と炙り牛肉の組み合わせとしては、安い方なので、たまに贅沢する時に良いと思います。
生ビールは、640円(税抜)で、チャージが400円(税抜)がかかります。

I ordered the roast beef bowl and curry, which are only available from 11pm on Saturdays. Sparkling wine 900 yen, 300g misuji (10 yen per g), Sushi ichibo (400 yen), thigh meat (300 yen), tongue (300 yen), toppings: sea urchin 180 yen x 3, roast beef bowl 880 yen, curry 750 Beef Cutlet 490 yen topping The sparkling wine is bottled in a barrel called Ballstar, and is reasonably priced. Beef Cutlet had a few strings. The curry was rich, with a roux that was almost solid and contained shredded meat. The roast beef bowl was light.
