天文館の本屋「丸善」の並びにあります。
タルト専門店ですが、各種ホールケーキなどもオーダーで作ってもらえます。タルトの生地が甘さ控えめでサクサクなので、本来の素材の味が生きてとても美味しいです。
クッキー生地のタルトに特製のカスタードとスポンジを組み合わせ、フルーツや様々な素材で作られたパニエも種類が豊富で迷ってしまいます。お勧めは、6種類(洋梨、ベリー、アプリコット、マロン、抹茶、ナッツ)入れて組み上げたとてもお得な「よくばりパニエ」です。
他にも焼き菓子、カヌレもあり、洋菓子好きにはたまらないお店です。
