鹿児島県鹿児島市、新しくできた鶏のみやま、鹿児島では様々な形態の鶏料理を出しているこちらのお店。
牛、豚、鶏のどれもで有名な鹿児島ですが、やはり一般的に食べるのは、鶏ということで、ソウルフードとしては鶏が挙げられるかと思います。
今回は鶏のテイクアウトのお店に鹿児島でお伺いしてきました。
ラサールの近くにありまして、コインランドリーと同敷地、まだオープンして間もないようです。
駐車場は店舗前にありまして、ペイペイ使えるのはありがたいかな。
イニシエ系のお店と思いきや、色々なメニューがあります。
鹿児島イニシエ系でヤンニョムチキンがあることは驚き、これを良い意味の進化なのか？
バラエティあるメニューがあり、皮、肉団子、から揚げ、ヤンニョムチキン。
から揚げは、以前からあるメニューではないのかな。
味付けについては、から揚げ戦国時代においてはもう少し独自の工夫があってほしい気もしましたね。
皮はゼラチンの旨みも入っていて、私は今回注文の中で一番好きかな。
肉団子もタレの風味が庶民派で、私は好き。
ヤンニョムチキンは、本格的でもないので、流行りに乗った感じかしら？
お店の中で、お店の方のバイトの方への態度が気になりました。客の前で喫緊に指示する内容でもなかったですしね。
鹿児島大御所のお店ですので、利用させていただきましたが、宮崎に近いエリアにもお店があるので、そちらにも興味アリですね。
