定例の鹿児島出張。
いつも通り、クライアントと夕食をご一緒することに。珍しく鹿児島中央駅近辺でお店を探し、見つけた「中央バルステーション」さんにお邪魔しました。場所は、JR鹿児島中央駅南側の商店街、ベル通りと一番街を繋ぐ路地にあります。
入店すると、厨房とかなり長いカウンター、更にテーブルが数卓。私達はテーブルに座りました。テーブル席の横の棚には、凄い数の焼酎のボトルが並んでいました。
さて注文です。まずは生ビールで乾杯しながら、以下をお願いしました。

料理の種類はそれ程多くはありません。基本的には中華系のものが多く、「おすすめ」と書いてあるものを中心に選んでみました。料理は普通のチェーン居酒屋レベルではありますが、基本的には濃いめの味付けなのでお酒が進みます。
お酒は、なんと言っても芋焼酎の品揃えが凄い！「森以蔵」や「村尾」などの有名銘柄はありませんが、普段使いのものを中心に、軽く100種類ぐらいは揃っています。そして芋焼酎を注文すると、店員さんがテーブル席の横の棚からボトルを持って来て、目の前で注いでくれます。空のボトルを飾っているお店は多いですが、こちらのボトルにはお酒がちゃんと入っていました。私も、飲んだことのない銘柄、「今宵の天才」「しまむらさき」「黒天狗」「天魔の雫」「侍士の門」をお湯割りでいただきました。
此方のお店は、鹿児島の飲食チェーン「グッドフェローズダイニング」さんの運営。同社は、天文館・鹿児島中央駅・谷山に、居酒屋・バー・テイクアウトのお店を展開されている様です。店員さんは皆お若いかたばかりですが、キビキビと働かれていて、気持ちの良い挨拶も好感が持てました。多分、勢いのある企業なのでしょう。
お勘定は２人で12,000円程度です。
