鴨だしらーめんのお店。
塩と醤油があり、他にも担々麺もあるようです。
今回僕は塩を、ツレは醤油をオーダー。
トッピングは鴨チャーシューに白葱、筍、カイワレです。
僕が食べた塩は優しい味ながら塩のしっかりしたスープ。
途中から柚子胡椒を加えてピリリと味変で味がしまります。
トッピングの鴨チャーシューは鴨ってこんなに柔らかかったっけ？って思うほど柔らかく美味。
角のある中細麺とよく合います。
醤油のスープも一口もらいましたがこちらも美味かったです。
鴨の油かな？
スープのレベルを引き上げてる気がしました。
