先月開店されたばかりとのこと。
鉄人中村孝明さんと永らくお仕事されていて、昨年地元鹿児島に戻られたばかり。

調味料に頼らない、丁寧で時間をかけた仕事を、口と舌で感じることができます。
この日は予約もせずにサンダル姿でお邪魔しましたが
精いっぱいの対応をしてくださり、とても満足。
どんな店か知らずに訪れてしまったので次はちゃんと靴はいていきます(笑)

料理のご説明をされるときの表情もたまりません。
