Amazing without being obvious
I was hoping to come back before the end of the year, and I was able to come (^^) I couldn't drink tonight, so I was really excited about the reasonable course. (Huh? Why do we choose the higher course when drinking? Maybe it's the other way around?) From the very beginning, it's as thrilling as ever. I took a picture of Oyster butter because it overlapped and was hidden. It's made with Oyster paste, and tonight it's delicious, like a form of torture for a non-alcoholic person like me. Want to drink. The dumpling soup made with crushed taro has beef in it. The beef is quite chunky and fluffy. Due to space constraints, I would like to say just one more thing to avoid being redundant. Sesame dessert to finish. No gelatin is used. I want to eat it in the sink. Thank you for the meal.
Roast beef bowl made from Japanese black beef sirloin. The quality is amazing.
Recently, the owner says he has started buying whole Kuroge Wagyu beef from the prefecture. Today's lunch is roast beef sirloin of Japanese black beef. I often make roast beef at home and wonder, ``Can I make it at a restaurant?'' But it's a completely different story. At just 2,000 yen, this is an exceptional cost performance. It was delicious. The cabbage topped with whitebait also has an exquisite taste.
Lunch salmon roe bowl
The salmon roe was pickled in salt rather than in soy sauce. However, Nakahara-san (of course) marinated the salmon roe himself in soy sauce. Even though I'm a salt-pickled person, I was very satisfied and said, ``It's better to pickle it in soy sauce.'' I visited Gin Shari Nakahara because I wanted to eat salmon roe after seeing her Instagram.

先月開店されたばかりとのこと。
鉄人中村孝明さんと永らくお仕事されていて、昨年地元鹿児島に戻られたばかり。
調味料に頼らない、丁寧で時間をかけた仕事を、口と舌で感じることができます。
この日は予約もせずにサンダル姿でお邪魔しましたが
精いっぱいの対応をしてくださり、とても満足。
どんな店か知らずに訪れてしまったので次はちゃんと靴はいていきます(笑)
料理のご説明をされるときの表情もたまりません。
ききかじりのうんちくをここで披露したりしませんので、

It was amazing (^0^) I took her to celebrate her 65th birthday and she was overjoyed and the celebration was a great success. Since I focused on Japanese sake and went up to Remy Martin, the price was a little high, but the cost performance in terms of content remained excellent. As usual, I had the rice ball made into a delicious Onigiri and took it home with me.
