鹿児島のディープスポットといえば名山堀エリア。こちらの一角にあるふぉれさん。
店内はカウンターのみで座席数は7、8人くらいでしょうか？愉快でお話しも上手なサバサバしたお姉さんがお一人で切り盛りされております。
平日の22時、滑り込みで入れてもらい、おつまみ盛り合わせをいただきましたが、これが全部美味しいし野菜が良い！お通しの大根も角がとられて全く身崩れしていない美しい煮付け。次はメニューにあった餃子をいただきに参ります。
