【2012年 指宿市東方8351-4へ移転】 |
独特のそばの食べ方で有名な指宿・小牧地区のめん処。
さばのくんせいの出し汁で作った味噌汁にそばと大根の千切りを入れて食べる。薬味はゆずのかわりにみかんの皮。
鹿児島市から指宿までドライブにいった帰りに寄りました。ガイドブックには大体載っています。鯖のだし汁で食べるってどうなんだろうと不思議でしたがなかなかいけました。
